New Year’s Eve supper

End the year in good company with us on Dalagatan. On New Year’s Eve we set the table for a festive supper with good food, something sparkling in your glass and the warm atmosphere Hemma is known for.

The evening starts with Argentine red prawns with gremolata and garlic bread, followed by elk carpaccio with horseradish cream and hazelnuts. For the main course, choose between beef fillet Rossini and oven-baked halibut with champagne sauce and black caviar. We finish with princess cake.
